Compliance Analyst, Integrity Program

Job Description

Working as a member of the Compliance Assessment Team in Bangalore, India, your main responsibility will be to support the business in integrity and compliance risk management through facilitating the lifecycle of our main processes. You will work closely with operational business, key support functions, the Integrity Officers and other members of the Integrity team.

The role requires a sound understanding of compliance risk management, high levels of planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail along with the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of internal & external stakeholders.

The role is suitable for someone who is looking to develop a career in business integrity, ethics, and compliance. Our team supports the business in making the right decisions every day. 

How will you contribute to the team?

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Report directly to the Team Lead, Compliance Assessment Team and the Director of Integrity, Operational Excellence.
  • Provide support to the business and Integrity Officers by facilitating the Third Party Compliance Due Diligence process.
  • Research, review and assess any adverse findings related to third parties.
  • Review Integrity approval requests from the business.
  • Contribute to and produce analytical and data reports.
  • Champion Integrity-internal awareness to ensure the consistency of approach and support related.
  • Integrity discussions in the AtkinsRéalis organization as mandated.

The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate:

  • A good understanding of the key anti-bribery and anti-corruption risk management principles.
  • A good understanding of how businesses are organized and governed.
  • A high standard of professionalism with a “can-do” approach.
  • Ability to work with autonomy or as part of a team and be proactive.
    Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Work effectively with and maintain a strong relationship with key stakeholders.

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (law degree preferred).
  • Excellent planning & organisational skills.
  • A team player, self-motivated & able to work on own initiative.
  • Relevant experience of managing compliance processes in online platforms.
  • Experience of using compliance risk databases (sanctions and adverse media screening).
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.
  • Delivery of a high-quality service with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task & prioritise work accordingly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Experience 1-3 years in a similar position for a large multinational organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal & written.
  • Proficiency in the business French language is desirable, but not essential.
  • Prepared to work in evening shifts.
