AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Cost Manager to join our Dallas, Texas or Minneapolis, MN office. If you want to be a part of a successful global organization and have at least 7 years of recent experience as a Cost Manager on large Construction projects in Manufacturing, we would like to connect with you. This role implements established procedures for baseline schedule and cost control budgets, cost reporting, monitors progress, tracks actual expenditures and develops forecasts, as needed. Analyzes status data and trends as required. Responsible for all aspects of project cost management.  This is an immediate need. How will you contribute to the team?

•    Operational Readiness and Assurance (ORA) will be formed to drive a focus on Operational Readiness and Project Transition within the business to hasten capability delivery and deliver Full Operating Capability (FOC).
•    You will be responsible for the delivery of asset maintenance to ensure plant is reliable and available to meet the corporate, functional and Tech Centre programme, whilst ensuring it's delivered in compliance with legislation, licence conditions, corporate and engineering process and standards.
•    Develops the Operation and maintenance strategy in collaboration with the client O&M team and supplier criteria.
•    Ensures ALM (access, lifting and maintenance) requirements are embedded in the design.
•    Supports at HAZOPS and HAZCONS meetings.
•    Develops the maintenance plans2.
•    Develops the O& M Standard Operating Procedures.

What will you contribute?

•    Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
•    Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience with operations management 
•    Must understand Administration of Construction Contracts.
•    Must thoroughly understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
•    Advanced use of Excel to generate and update reporting tools. Experience with Ariba, PM Web, or e-Builder is a plus.
•    General Competencies expected of all Professionals and Managers are as follows: Client Service, Commitment, Communication, Innovation & Continuous Improvement, Professionalism, Quality, and Teamwork.
•    Highly articulate, have a clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and strong decision-making abilities.
•    Must have excellent communication and presentation skills regarding the management of cost processes.

Expected compensation range is between $105,000 - $145,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.  
Upon acceptance of an offer, all candidates must go through a drug screen test and background check. AtkinsRéalis is a federal contractor which mandates a satisfactory background screening report and drug test that supersedes state laws.
