Engineer – MEP/Building Services

Responsibilities:

  • Provide engineering design works.

  • Provide technical inputs for Building Services/ MEP design and consulting assignments.

  • Coordinate between project team members, clients, government, architect, and other sub-consultants to facilitate project implementation.

  • Participate in technical proposal preparation, prepare tender documents and tendering assistance.

  • Carry out duties in accordance with quality and environmental management system, health and safety policies and procedures, report any potential risk and problem to immediate supervisor.

  • Identify opportunities, lead and support business development and work winning / bidding activities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or any other related disciplines

  • Chartered Engineer qualification from a recognised professional Institute highly preferred

  • With at least 6 years of post-graduation design experience

  • With experience in electrical, mechanical, or public health systems in building services for either government, residential, institutional, commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects

  • Macau project administration experience would be an advantage.

  • Design and site supervision experience in high tech projects will be an advantage.

  • Familiar with design guidelines, standards, code of practice, statutory regulation, submission, and approval procedures to relevant authorities.

  • Must be able to work independently with good interpersonal and communications skills.

  • Must be self-motivated, a good team member who is proactive and willing to learn.

  • Must be able to provide expert advice and solutions to meet clients’ expectations and requirements.

  • Macau will be the primary work location, with frequent business travel to Hong Kong.

  • Willing to work from home.

  • Macau PR holder will be an advantage.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
