You will be the glue that holds the small, but perfectly formed, strategic bid team together bringing an enthusiasm for teamwork, collaboration and a natural flair for organisation.
Every day you will be helping the strategic bid team create exceptional business winning proposals and bid management duties. Each day you will be completing a variety of tasks including a range of administration requirements:
- Organising meetings.
- Proof reading.
- Talking with market and technical leads.
- Producing training materials.
- Submitting a PQQ.
- Researching the media for new projects.
- Creating templates to speed up bidding.
The list is not exhaustive, but you will feel like you have made a difference every day!
You will be joining the Atkins Nuclear & Power EMEA business at an exciting time. We’re embarking on a brilliant five-year transformational growth plan. A plan that will see our business double in size through bidding, winning, and delivering projects of a scale and complexity that provides the most amazing opportunities for everyone involved.

- Work comfortably with Microsoft programmes.
- Create exciting content with Adobe Creative.
- Have some CRM experience.
- Able to create collaborative relationships in our business.
