Position Overview:

Shape the future of talent attraction and employer branding with AtkinsRéalis. We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Talent Attraction & Employer Branding Lead to amplify our efforts in showcasing our company as an employer of choice. 

This pivotal role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Marketing, and Communications, to craft and execute strategies that bring fresh energy to our talent acquisition and employer branding campaigns. This individual should be passionate about storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and building a robust talent pipeline that reflects our commitment to inclusivity, sustainability, and innovation. 

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Attraction Strategy 

  • Develop and implement dynamic talent acquisition strategies that support our organizational hiring goals.
  • Leverage advanced data insights to identify audience segments and enhance attraction efforts.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to elevate the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from outreach to onboarding.
  • Align global and regional initiatives with core pillars like Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability, Digital, and our vision for Engineering Net-Zero.

Employer Branding 

  • Create and communicate a compelling employer brand narrative that reflects AtkinsRéalis' mission, culture, and values.
  • Manage and optimize the organization's presence across careers pages, social media, and recruitment marketing materials.
  • Design and deliver creative, on-brand assets, such as Canva templates, to support employer branding campaigns.
  • Partner with Marketing & Communications to ensure brand messaging consistency across all platforms.

Internal Engagement 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to highlight employee growth journeys and success stories on our careers site, social media, and video content.
  • Manage recruitment campaigns end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Build and cultivate employee advocacy programs that empower employees to act as brand ambassadors.
  • Work closely with regional Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Nationalization teams in KSA and UAE to meet legal requirements while amplifying key initiatives.
  • Highlight Rewards & Benefits offerings to attract and engage top-tier candidates.

Event & Partnership Management 

  • Create branded graphics and promotional materials for career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Establish and expand partnerships with universities, trade schools, and professional organizations to develop a sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with external ERGs to support talent pipeline growth.
  • Partner with Early Careers teams to deliver impactful collateral for graduate and intern recruitment.

Evaluation & Reporting 

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including Google Analytics data, to assess the success of campaigns and refine future initiatives.
  • Track engagement metrics, particularly on social platforms like Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports for leadership, providing actionable insights and measurable progress.
