NEW MURABAA
In February 2023, the $50 billion New Murabba project was unveiled, promising a unique blend of living, working, and entertainment within a 15-minute walk. Located about 20 minutes from the airport and focusing on sustainability, it features over 104,000 residential units, 9,000 hotel rooms, ample retail, office, leisure, and entertainment spaces, and community facilities across 19 square kilometers.
KING SALMAN PARK
Inaugurated in March 2019, King Salman Park in Riyadh, valued at over $11 billion, is set to become the world's largest urban green space, five times larger than Central Park. Spanning 16.9 square kilometers and featuring over a million trees, cultural landmarks, a 7.2 km pedestrian circuit, and a scenic "valley," this project aims to redefine urban parks on a global scale, offering a blend of culture, recreation, and nature.

Launched in 2019, the Green Riyadh Project aims to make Riyadh one of the top 100 most sustainable and livable cities by 2030. It plans to increase green spaces per person, expand green coverage, and boost the use of recycled water. With an investment of $11 billion over the next decade, the project will plant 7.5 million trees and create new green spaces in Riyadh and surrounding areas. This effort seeks to improve air quality and promote sustainable living, focusing on water conservation, recycling, and biodiversity protection
SIX FLAGS QIDDIYA
Al-Qiddiya, an entertainment city aimed at boosting economic diversification and offering new entertainment options as part of th Saudi Vision 2030. The Qiddiya Investment Company is developing the project, including Six Flags Qiddiya City and a water park with 23 rides, alongside a speed park with a Formula 1 Track, positioning Al Qiddiya as a leading global entertainment destination.

KING ABDULAZIZ PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The King Abdulaziz Project for Riyadh Public Transport includes the Riyadh Metro, with six lines and 86 stations, and the Riyadh Bus Project, featuring 80 routes and 2,860 stations, serviced by 842 buses. Together, they aim to carry 1.7 million passengers daily in the initial phase, enhancing connectivity within Riyadh by linking residential districts with business and commercial centers.
