We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic self-starter to join our team as an Associate to Senior Engineer. This role will be based at our AtkinsRéalis office in Bangalore, IN.

Software knowledge:

• AutoCAD
• Revit MEP (BIM)
• BIM 360
• MS Visio

​Systems knowledge:

• Designing of Public Address System.
• Designing of Access Control System.
• Designing of CCTV System.
• Designing of Building Management System.
• Designing of Data centre life safety & security systems.
• Designing of Cable Containment for ICT & Security Systems.
• Preparation of Shop drawings and As Built drawings.
• Preparation of Technical Specifications Datasheets.    
• OSP (outside Fibre connectivity)

Others: 

• Plan and coordinate project setup, quality, resource allocation, project milestones and deliverables of the project from the start of a project to the project closure.
• Own the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned BIM projects.
• Manage a team of technical resources to execute and deliver BIM projects.
• Assist the MEP Head in preparing proposals during new project bids.
• Collaborate with Digital Team to optimize workflows and increase productivity.
• Enforce & Implement company BIM standards, procedures, protocols, workflows, and best practices for MEP discipline.
• Review project BIM on a regular basis to ensure that the project BIM is developed in the right format.
• Lead Clash-detection and conflict resolution.
• Train MEP team on Clash-detection tools to proactively avoid clashes, resolve design issues and develop better designs.
