AtkinsRéalis designs and delivers leading edge construction programmes such as the Sizewell C Nuclear Power Station which is focused on achieving a sustainable net zero carbon world.

The Data and Information Services Team (DIS) is part of the 3000 strong UK & Europe Infrastructure Division, and we are growing quickly to support these major delivery programmes with leading edge Information Management services using market notable EDMS technologies such as ProjectWise and Autodesk Construction Cloud products.  We also provide specialist services including model management, federation, clash detection and resolution and drive BIM best practices internally and with our clients.

We need you to join us to spearhead the development and delivery of CAD management and BIM services within some of our largest clients including Sizewell C, and to be a key part of the development of CAD and BIM services within AtkinsRéalis’ global capability.

Your Purpose:

• Owning the definition DIS team’s approach to providing CAD and BIM services, aligning with broader AtkinsRéalis approaches.
• Developing the DIS team and undertaking targeted recruitment in conjunction with DIS team leadership.
• Leading delivery of these services in our major clients.
• Stay informed with latest and future trends in relation to CAD and BIM management.
• Author and maintain process documentation and training material as required.
• Providing input to proposals and client bids where Information Management and BIM are required.

What you can bring:

Essential Criteria-

• Experience of large-scale design and construction projects.
• Fluency in Federation toolsets and associated CDEs (e.g. ASite, Projectwise, Navisworks, 3D Repo, Safetibase etc).
• Fluency and experience with BIM collaborative working processes (ISO 19650 suite and previously BS1192:2007, BS1192:4, PAS1192:2,3 & 5).
• Familiarity with the latest UK BIM Framework standards and guidance.
• In depth understanding and track record in implementing international information management standards (ISO 19650) and aligned to the UK BIM Framework.
• Able to meet the requirements to achieve security clearance up to and including DV.

Desirable Criteria-

• Experience with broader BIM toolsets including 4D etc.
• Experience in project delivery.
• Experience of client advisory \ consultancy.
