SNC Lavalin Group is looking for a Cybersecurity Expert to join one of their exciting projects in Riyadh, KSA.
The Cybersecurity Expert should have a minimum of 10-12 years’ management and senior technical experience to ensure that the interfaces between the ITS, Bus, Infrastructure, Metro O&M and other Public Transport Contractors are efficient.
Role and Responsibilities
Cybersecurity Expert will be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), including an accurate and complete Cyber Security Assessment across the Riyadh public transportation network project by the Cyber Security Consultancy.
The Cybersecurity Expert will provide an effective oversight of the Cybersecurity Consultancy to ensure that the Cybersecurity request for Information/Proposal (RFX) precisely specifies the requirements of the business and effective management of the RFX process, including vendor selection, onboarding.
He will be responsible for adept supervision of the implementation and operation of the CSF by the Cyber Security Implementation Consultancy and responsible for defining the organizational structure, roles and responsibilities of the planned Cybersecurity function across the transportation network.
Qualification and Education Requirements
University Degree in relevant field
Computer Networks and Cyber Security related training and certification
Relevant certification/memberships from Cybersecurity Industry Associations and relevant certification bodies will be a plus
Preferred Skills
12 years’ experience in similar positions
Technical knowledge in latest Cybersecurity practices and related technologies
Cybersecurity deployment experience on similar or large government projects
Capability to independently assess and validate the Cybersecurity infrastructure and proposals from consultants and contractors
Capability to draft precise reports on the Cybersecurity activities and suggest alternatives if that benefits the system
