Role summary

A strategic talent mobility leadership role, responsible for shaping and executing AtkinsRéalis’ global mobility strategy to drive organizational growth through effective talent mobility.

Detailed accountabilities:

• Build and nurture an internal network and collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and functional stakeholders (HR, Finance, Tax, Legal) to align global mobility initiatives with business objectives.
• Establish regular feedback mechanisms to continuously assess assignee and manager sentiment and analyze feedback data to identify trends and prioritize action items.
• Lead projects to design, enhance and communicate global mobility strategies, frameworks and tools, ensuring integration with business requirements and best practices.
• Prepare regular reports and management information for executive leadership and other stakeholders highlighting program impact and opportunities for improvement.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for global mobility programs and track their effectiveness.
• Leverage HR technology to streamline processes and improve assignee and manager experiences.
• Manage relationships with global vendors, including partnering with the procurement function to negotiate contracts and service agreements that optimize cost-effectiveness and service quality.

Please note this role can be based in the US, Canada or the UK.

Additional Information: 

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance.  If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview.
