We have a great opportunity to join our HR function as a HR Operations Partner. In this role you’ll provide HR support in collaboration HR Services teams along with engaging with centers of excellence, L&TD, Reward, Recruitment to provide a HR service to our business divisions and/or function.

This is an interim role covering maternity leave.  It is a full-time role offering great exposure across a multi-faceted, global business.

Your purpose:

  • Work closely with the key stakeholders to understand and address business issues and support local organisational capabilities and development with HR interventions.
  • Act as the key HR contact point across senior business stakeholders to communicate and manage the annual HR activities.
  • Producing and analysing HR data to determine people priorities for business.
  • You’ll be the key interface in building strong working relationships between the Corporate Functions and the HR delivery teams.
  • Actively manage, contribute, or procure the correct resource for a multitude of HR activities / projects to support business performance.
  • Work with the HR Services community to ensure customer excellence and feedback on customer and employee experience.
  • Drive standardisation in the execution of HR policies and processes and assure compliance and governance.

  • Have excellent communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach, working with other HR colleagues, suppliers and their teams to ensure timely and professional delivery.

  • Have the ability to assert independent views and willingness to challenge.
  • Be confident and self-motivated.
  • Be a true role model who practices and demonstrates our core values.

  • If you have experience working as a HRBP or HR Manager and a chartered member of the CIPD this role could be suitable for you.
