AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Solution Architect with extensive experience in AEC software to join our research and development team, focusing on embedding AI in information management to drive innovative project solutions. Technical expertise, problemsolving skills, and the ability to lead a team of data scientists are crucial for this role. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption and integration of AI and other emerging technologies within our projects. The ideal candidate will possess both domain knowledge and technical expertise, enabling them to provide innovative solutions tailored to our AEC needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development or partnering of integrations or AI/ML solutions to enhance information management and project delivery within the AEC domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for integrating AI/ML technologies into our existing processes and workflows.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML and emerging technologies, ensuring that AtkinsRéalis remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects.
• Work closely with the R&D Lead to understand the architect and engineering needs and provide customized AI/ML solutions that align with business objectives.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI/ML solutions across various projects.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex problems and improve decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience
• Experience in emerging technologies and their application in the AEC domain.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk products and other relevant AEC products.
• Deep understanding of design-built-operate lifecycle and how integrations or AI can enhance these processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services, particularly those relevant to AI/ML applications.
• Familiarity with programming languages .NET, C#, PHP, HTML, Python or R.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
