How will you contribute to the team?

• Develop and analyze Earned Value reports using Deltek Cobra.
• Create and revise MS Project schedules and use problem solving skills to find issues.
• Utilize Power BI to analyze project health.
• Advanced Excel skills including ability to understand existing macros and create new macros.
• Create or update codes as needed utilizing VBA.
• Verify all invoices from subs before processing by accounts payable. Coordinates with subconsultants as needed.
• Develop analyses and reports as needed.
• Responsibility for quality control checks on financial data as it is created.
• Prepare and maintains appropriate spreadsheets for billing and project analysis.
• Maintain logs and reports as needed.
• May perform such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
• Work location: Either near an Atkins office or remote for the right candidate available.
• Complexity: Work requires interpretation of established procedures and guidelines.
• Decision making: Work requires use of judgment and initiative to determine the approach or action to take in situations.

What will you contribute?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline with 6 years of business experience.  Without a degree, this is typically reached through a minimum of twelve years experience in relevant analytical and/or project administrative work.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations, to understand contracts, specifications, organize information and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required including data integration and VBA macro task automation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills required to interact effectively with, team members, project managers and subconsultants.
• Must have good analytical ability and technical skills.
• Understanding of basic accounting a plus.
