As we continue to grow our business globally, finding the talent we need in a highly competitive market is a constant challenge.  Our approach to identifying and engaging with talent is critical to achieving our ambitious growth plans. 

Right now, the Sourcing Team is primarily supporting our UK, Europe, North America and India markets and we’re keen to drive high impact sourcing techniques to support our business on a truly global level.

The Sourcing Manager will play a pivotal role in growing our sourcing capability around the world.

The role offers an amazing opportunity to really impact how we identify and engage with talent to fulfil our immediate recruitment requirements, and to enable pro-active engagement the talent we require now and in the future.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of sourcing specialists ensuring delivery measures are met for global regions
  • Develop and lead Sourcing/Search Strategies, utilizing search mechanisms (social networking, referrals, internet searches and other methods)
  • Deploy market mapping techniques to advise key business stakeholders where current talent exists and ensure that the team are kept up to date on market trends and enable them to provide advice on the best attraction methods
  • Measure and Report Conversion rates, Passive talent pipeline.
  • Develop a Sourcing Team culture that brings out strong interpersonal relationships and is customer focussed
  • Showcase expertise to define emerging skills and future talent for the business
  • Proactive external candidate engagement and pipelining
  • Create a truly collaborative network across the global regions to tap into talent acquisition knowledge and drive innovation to strengthen our brand and candidate pipelining capability
  • Lead the CRM (Beamery) account to optimise usage and drive candidate engagement and talent identification
  • Act as subject matter expert in the use of Beamery to enable development of sourcing specialists to maintain contact with talent communities for both active and passive candidates within our core engineering skill sets
  • Collaborate with global recruitment and marketing teams to enable more effective candidate engagement techniques
  • Network externally to ensure leading sourcing methodologies are applied and enable continuous improvement and creativity in the delivery of talent sourcing solutions
  • Collaborate to account manage LinkedIn Recruiter licenses, ensuring effective usage and return on investment
  • Delivery will be measured against agreed key performance indicators and service level agreements

What will you contribute?

  • You will have robust recruitment experience and be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of sourcing through various attraction methods including but not limited to LinkedIn, job boards, CRM and database utilization
  • Demonstrable understanding of candidate relationship management and engagement methods to enable highly effective candidate pools to be developed
  • Experience in managing team members and a desire to develop the expertise and knowledge of others to enable value add sourcing delivery capability
  • Account management capability and the drive to enable system-based improvements in service delivery
  • Proven ability to build rapport, consensus, set and manage clear expectations with team members, clients and supplier stakeholders
  • Must be able to manage multiple, often competing, priorities and requests effectively.
  • Proficient in the use of ATS systems and the drive to interrogate system capability to maximise return on investment
  • Experience of utilising CRM database, such as Beamery is highly advantageous

This position is based in Bangalore.  There is a requirement to work from the office at least 50% of the time and have the flexibility to sometimes work late shift – up to 12.30am ensuring delivery to global regions in different time zones.  A shift and meal allowance will apply.
