We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic self-starter to join our team as a Win Work Proposal Writer. This role will be based at our Atkins office in Bangalore, IN.

The candidate is expected to work with Technical Leads / Bid Managers / Bid Directors and their teams to drive the Win Work processes and corporate governance, through a pursuit to ensure a winning bid and putting up winning proposals with the highest attention to detail for a variety of engineering, infrastructure, architectural design & Project Management projects.

The Bid Governance Lead provides consistency through the process, implement the right processes and governance to ensure that we efficiently and effectively fulfil our legal and ethical commitments towards a bid and be commercially successful and will be responsible for technical sign-off of bids.

How will you contribute to the team?

To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Good Communication, bid management, Win work Reporting, PQQ, ITT, EOI, Feedback analysis and Surveys.
• Feedback analysis and Surveys. 
• French language proficiency – preferred.

• Tools​ - CRM, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
