Temporary Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Business support on project financial reviews, highlight the project risks, issuance of invoices and credit notes and following up debt status;
• Monitor sub-consultancy payments;
• Assist in month-end, year-end closing and management reports;
• Conduct financial analysis for business unit performance;
• Prepare annual budget, quarterly forecast and management analysis;
• Prepare presentation and relevant materials for management meeting;
• Monitoring e-timesheet record;
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or related disciplines with professional qualifications in HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent;
• At least 5 years relevant working experiences, preferably from MNC;
• Mature, responsible and able to work under pressure;
• Good work attitude, well organized and highly systematic;
• Attentive to details and strong analytical mind;
• Strong PC skills & familiar with Microsoft Office;
• Knowledge in JDE and Hyperion would be preferred;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
