We are growing the Resolution & Inquiry team!

This is the job where you can fully value your communication and analytical skills as well as your excellent attention to details, while working with various stakeholders around the world.

As Resolution and Inquiry Center Agent you will be mainly responsible for providing internal support related to Procure-to-Pay process. You will be also communicating frequently with external vendors responding to general inquiries or providing information about invoice processing status, being part of the Finance Support Services team of AtkinsRéalis Financial Shared Service Center based in Bucharest.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve queries, regarding vendor invoices and payments, either by phone or email.
  • Answer/initiate calls and emails, document and record all incidents / requests raised using a ticketing system.
  • Manage inquiries related to finance processes (internal & external) and provide resolution.
  • Perform vendor account reconciliations when needed.
  • Perform root cause analysis, identify issues/gaps and provide resolutions.
  • Build strong relationship with AtkinsRéalis internal and external customers.
  • Share knowledge by contributing to the creation/update of team procedures and documentation.
  • Identify process/system improvements opportunities and participate in their implementation.

Required

  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented
  • Experience in customer service-related tasks is a plus
  • Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay process is a plus
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong deep analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to efficiently manage time, set priorities and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Candidate based in Romania
  • Proficiency in Romanian

Preferred

  • Experience in the customer service field
  • Basic knowledge of Oracle or another ERP system is a plus
  • University Degree in Economics/Business
