Role: Senior Recruitment Advisor

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Recruitment Advisor to join our dynamic team in Raleigh, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting within the transmission and distribution (T&D) or utilities sector. This individual will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to Linxon, focusing on hiring for technical and strategic positions that align with our project needs and organizational values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to hiring, ensuring an efficient and high-quality hiring process.

  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs, provide consultative advice, and ensure alignment with Linxon’s hiring goals.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels such as job boards, social media, industry networks, and recruitment events to identify and attract qualified candidates.

  • Market Insight: Provide expertise on talent market trends within the T&D/utility sector, understanding competitive compensation and talent availability.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and an efficient process.

  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion D&I initiatives within the recruitment process, working to build a diverse workforce that aligns with Linxon’s values.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights on time-to-fill, quality of hire, and other KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role within the T&D, utilities, or related industries.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of roles within the transmission and distribution field, with the ability to assess technical expertise and project experience.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment metrics and analytics, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
