Our Global Talent Acquisition team based in Bangalore is recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Lead to support the UK&E business deliver its growth plan. In this role you will have the opportunity to offer a best-in-class candidate experience and find the top talent to grow and transform the business.

As a Senior Recruitment Lead, you’ll help shape and drive a team of recruiters to deliver an excellent customer-focused recruitment service for the delivery of Early careers roles for the UK business. The scale and variety within our business means there is scope for you to identify continuous improvements and enable a market leading candidate experience that continues to differentiate AtkinsRéalis as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing a large team of recruiters. Involved in mentoring, supporting and developing the AtkinsRéalis early careers recruitment team to deliver a high-quality, customer-driven recruitment service.
  • Responsible for delivering a great recruitment experience for each candidate throughout the recruitment process, managing the end-to-end recruitment processes followed by the recruiters for the streams of Graduates, Placements and Apprentices.
  • Accountable for trouble shooting and driving continuous improvements across the team and the wider HR function. Monitor and ensure compliance in meeting talent acquisition metric targets
  • Collaborate with the UK Recruitment Partners to apply best practice, drive continuous improvement and mobilise (internal & external) resourcing strategies to improve hire quality
  • Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders to become the recognised first point of contact for all operational recruitment related issues (with RP as the escalation point).
  • Develop successful working relationships with the wider recruitment community, HR teams and key business managers / directors, demonstrating a deep understanding of the requirements of the business area.
  • Manage your teams by ensuring that you offer and support career development, managing workload, monitoring sickness and annual leave, and completing annual review processes.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Prepare regular reports for leadership, providing insights into recruitment trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Utilise data-driven approaches to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Involved in team engagement, manage attrition and mentor new team members to ensure desired quality output is met. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related discipline.
  • Proven track record in managing large-mid size teams and experience recruiting in a corporate, professional services, consulting, or high-tech industry.
  • Prior experience of working in a Recruitment Managed Service environment (preferably international support), RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) or an in-house recruitment team is essential. 
  • Preferably experience in managing university/campus hiring with a focus on large volume and quality. Experience in university engagement programmes.   
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills can build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confident, diplomatic and tactful – demonstrating high levels of confidentiality.
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure.
  • Driven, highly organized with the ability to identify and focus on priorities and deliver to deadlines. 
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous experience of working with recruitment, ATS (applicant tracking system) or vacancy management systems e.g. Workday.
  • Candidate should be flexible to work UK shifts.
  • Proficient in the use of existing recruitment reporting tools (Power BI, Excel)
