Job Summary:

• This is an exciting opportunity for a confident person for a dedicated position in Bangalore and Gurugram to work with our Global Design teams. You will be working with a talented team of creative and technical professionals, supporting across our UK, USA, Canada, Middle East, APAC based business & other Global regions.
• We are looking for someone who will execute projects with the highest attention to detail and be confident to roll out creative concepts to help us deliver a variety of design solutions. You will be producing solutions to a variety of engineering, infrastructure, and architectural design projects.
• You will be a strong communicator and a team player, embracing the variety of work and enjoying the buzz of a fast-paced, progressive working environment.
• The role of a XR Developer begins with an organized mind and methodical approach, someone who can communicate clearly and persuasively to colleagues and internal clients, building upon their exceptional skills and learning about our creative capabilities in a fast-paced, progressive environment.

Work Location: Bangalore and Gurugram

Communication & Verbal Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Ability to take clear briefs and communicate progress clearly with Project Managers and designers.
• Able to collaborate and work as a team to earn loyalty and respect.
• Able to define and articulate ideas with clarity.

Education:

• Preferred - Degree in Visual Arts & Communications with exposure to engineering projects.
• Alternate - bachelor’s degree - Architecture/ Civil Engineering Discipline/ Urban Planning/ Transportation

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Gaming engines (Unreal and Unity) with an understanding of optimisation and considerations when creating a real time application.
• Excellent creative and visualization skills and eye for details.
• Conversant with integrating architecture, engineering, AEC industry workflows of 3D for bespoke visualisations
• Knowledge of C# / Python and ability to problem solve coding challenges.
• Working knowledge of Git systems.
• Able to create clean and consistent code that is understandable by other developers and expandable into different architectures.
• Strong knowledge of game development, Augmented/Virtual/Mixed reality projects.
• Experience with devices like Oculus, HTC Vive, Hololens2 would be essential.
• Good to have knowledge of 3D Max and Blender
• Experience in developing web based multiuser real time solutions in Unreal/Unity

Responsibilities:

• Following creative direction and quality reviews from the Global Design team
• Developing a friendly rapport with colleges in multiple locations
• Look to evolve ways of working and create efficiencies with colleagues on projects.
• Take responsibility to continually develop and learn new technical skills.
• Complete timesheets accurately and on time
