Analyste Senior de la Paie – Amélioration et Automatisation des Processus
Dans ce rôle vous agirez à titre de personne ressource pour les optimisations des processus en menant des analyses approfondies des processus de paie existants, en identifiant les opportunités d'amélioration stratégique et d'efficacité et en concevant et en présentant des analyses de lacunes et des solutions innovantes.
Votre rôle au sein de l’équipe
Au sein de l’équipe de la paie, vous relèverez de la chef d’équipe de la paie et vous aurez à :
- Diriger l'initiative d'automatisation des procédures manuelles de paie, en exploitant des outils et technologies numériques de pointe pour améliorer précision et efficacité.
- Compiler, analyser et interpréter les données de paie pour produire des rapports stratégiques et éclairés.
- Identifier, enquêter et résoudre proactivement les écarts et erreurs de paie. Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations systémiques pour éviter de futurs problèmes.
- Assurer une conformité impeccable avec les réglementations de paie fédérales, provinciales et internationales. Conseiller la direction sur les actions nécessaires et mettre à jour les configurations système en réponse aux changements législatifs.
- Contrôler régulièrement l'alignement des pratiques de paie avec les politiques internes, en proposant des améliorations et en participant activement aux audits internes et externes.
- Jouer un rôle de leader dans les activités de clôture de fin d'année et dans des projets spéciaux de paie et d'implémentation de systèmes.
- Assumer des tâches administratives avancées et piloter des initiatives stratégiques au sein du département, comme dirigé par le Responsable de la paie.
- Fournir un mentorat et une formation continue aux membres de l'équipe de paie, en partageant des connaissances expertes et des meilleures pratiques.
- Diriger et gérer des projets de paie complexes, en coordonnant avec différentes parties prenantes et en assurant une exécution sans faille.
- Contribution à l'Innovation : Proposer et piloter des initiatives innovantes pour améliorer continuellement les processus de paie et les systèmes associés.

Le/l’ Analyste Senior de la Paie recherché(e)
- Formation Avancée : BAC en administration des affaires, finance ou domaine connexe, en plus du diplôme de Licence.
- Expérience Étendue : Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la paie, avec une expérience significative dans des rôles de leadership et d'amélioration des processus.
- Certification Supérieure : Certification avancée en conformité de la paie, telle que CPM (Certified Payroll Manager) de l'Association Canadienne de la Paie ou équivalent international.
- Compétences Techniques Avancées : Maîtrise experte de divers systèmes logiciels de paie, avec une préférence pour Oracle et une expertise avancée dans la suite Microsoft Office.
- Capacités Analytiques et de Communication : Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, avec des compétences de communication exceptionnelles pour influencer et diriger.

Senior Payroll Analyst, Process improvement and automation

Your role within the team
As a member of the Canadian Payroll team, you will report to the Team Lead, Project Management and Process Improvement and be responsible for:
- Conduct in-depth analyses of existing payroll processes, identifying strategic improvement and efficiency opportunities. Design and present gap analyses and innovative solutions.
- Lead the initiative to automate manual payroll procedures, leveraging cutting-edge digital tools and technologies to enhance precision and efficiency.
- Compile, analyze, and interpret payroll data to produce strategic and insightful reports.
- Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors. Propose and implement systematic improvements to prevent future issues.
- Ensure impeccable compliance with federal, provincial, and international payroll regulations. Advise management on necessary actions and update system configurations in response to legislative changes.
- Regularly monitor and ensure payroll practices align with internal policies, suggesting improvements and actively participating in internal and external audits.
- Play a leading role in year-end closing activities and special payroll and system implementation projects.
- Assume advanced administrative tasks and lead strategic initiatives within the department, as directed by the Payroll Manager.
- Provide mentorship and ongoing training to payroll team members, sharing expert knowledge and best practices.
- Lead and manage complex payroll projects, coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring flawless execution.
- Propose and lead innovative initiatives to continuously improve payroll processes and associated systems.

- Experience in International Payroll Management.
- Active Participation in Professional Conferences and Payroll Networks, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and enlightened leadership in the field.
- Advanced Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, in addition to a Bachelor's degree.
- Extensive Experience: Over 10 years of experience in the payroll field, with significant experience in leadership roles and process improvement.
- Advanced Certification: Advanced payroll compliance certification, such as CPM (Certified Payroll Manager) from the Canadian Payroll Association or an international equivalent.
- Advanced Technical Skills: Expert mastery of various payroll software systems, with a preference for Oracle and advanced expertise in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Analytical and Communication Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional communication skills for influencing and leading.
