Global Capabilities Operations Support

Role Requirements:

Engagement (30%):

  • Act as the interface between the Global Capability teams, communications, creative design and translation services (when required).
  • Plan and deliver engagement communications on Viva Engage sites.
  • Organize cascade/engagement “town hall” calls as required.

Operations Support (70%):

  • Manage and update information in the Global Practice/Capabilities Hub (customized Sharepoint site).
  • Compile high quality reports and presentation decks using information from multiple sources and strong working knowledge of Global Capabilities team activities.
  • Collate register of “value add” activity that is linked to Global Capability activity.
  • Liaise with GTC to develop & update Power BI dashboards associated with mapping Capability Planning pipeline requirements.

Personal Requirements:

  • Be flexible on working times – this is not a standard 9-5 role.
  • Highly organized.
  • Highly collaborative – will need to interface and communicate with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to take initiative and work independently.
  • Competent with MS Office, in particular MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel (able to create spreadsheets).
  • Maintain and update databases.
  • Highly competent on MS PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual (English & French) would be an asset.
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail – may be required to undertake minor written editing tasks.
  • Willing to travel (up to 10%).
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands.

FTE: 1 (37-40 hours)

Location: Anywhere between GMT-6 to GMT+2 for best time zone overlap
