Talent Attraction Support

The Talent Attraction Support works with the Talent Attraction Team, Regional Talent Acquisition Team, Shared Service, HRBP’s and other regional HR members to develop a sustainable and engaging employer brand proposition and attraction strategy for the Middle East region. The role will look after all the backend admin (careers site, social media strategy and channels) but also assist around careers fairs. The role will also help develop careers attraction strategy and contribute to elements of the experienced hire strategy (LVP, umbrella advertising campaigns). The role will also require the individual to be involved in other projects and key campaigns related to talent attraction.

Responsibilities:

Social media content:

  • Help to develop talent attraction strategies for the Middle East careers site and social media channels.
  • Assist to develop and manage a monthly content calendar
  • Working with internal and external communications to help content creation and videography
  • Identify content that can be re-purposed for Talent Attraction purposes
  • Creating visuals for campaigns, organic content, and recruiter templates
  • Ensuring all recruitment posts are on brand

Careers website content:

  • Monitoring performance of the careers site via Google Analytics and overall SEO
  • Drafting blogs and articles promoting our EVP
  • Revamping old pages and creating new landing pages when relevant
  • Collaborating with regional and global TA teams to optimise the careers site

Talent pooling:

  • Working with the MEA team to build talent pools to meet recruitment demands
  • Utilizing Beamery (CRM) and Workday to source candidates
  • Develop and nuture relationships with stakeholders in universities and technical colleges
  • Engaging with regional professional bodies such as RICS, RIBA, SEC, ICE
  • Creating talent pools of senior students and recent graduates.
  • Working together in creating internships for each semester.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in HRM, Communcations and Marketing or any related field
  • Fluent speaking and writing in both English and Arabic
  • Min of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe, Canva is a plus
  • Knowledge in Website coding is a plus
