HR Officer (Project Management)

About the job

The role will be hired on a 1-year fixed term renewable contract and mainly working closely with the functional HR teams in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, HR Operations, L&D, Rewards and Mobility to assist and coordinate the functional priorities & projects for the region to support the overall people initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Asia HR teams to coordinate the development and execution of the strategic plans that align with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team members for projects and regional initiatives
  • Track and monitor action item discussed in meetings to ensure timely completion and follow through
  • Assist in preparation of HR reports and presentations
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Plan, schedule and facilitate internal meetings for the HR department
  • Perform tasks and responsibilities assigned by the HR Leadership team

 

Job Requirement

  • With at least 2-4 years of working experience in HR
  • Must have good communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Well versed in the Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural and fast paced environment
  • Experience in working in a COE HR model (HRBP, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Rewards & L&D) would be an advantage
  • Fluency in communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
