In this 12-month maternity cover role, you’ll craft and execute innovative marketing campaigns aligned with our employer brand and employee value proposition. You’ll lead content strategy, manage digital platforms, and collaborate with recruitment teams to attract top talent through engaging campaigns that showcase our culture and values.

Your purpose:

  • Plan and deliver experienced hire attraction campaigns.
  • Oversee content for careers websites, social media, and digital channels.
  • Lead media planning, buying, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and agencies to create compelling content.
  • Drive employer brand consistency across digital platforms.
  • Use CRM technology to optimise communications and campaign success.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in employer branding, digital marketing, and talent acquisition.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong ROI analysis and project management skills.
