About the Job:

The Sourcing Centre of Expertise is a crucial part of the Recruitment Shared Service. It supports the AtkinsRéalis Global business in all aspects of talent acquisition and candidate selection. Currently, we are looking for a Sourcing Associate to join our People Hub APAC team based in Bangalore GTC. You will work closely with Global Recruitment Teams to create talent pools (talent communities) and identify candidates for engineering and related technical positions in geographies across the APAC Regions.

Sourcing Associate

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and strengthen connections with talent communities for both active and passive candidates within AtkinsRéalis' core engineering skill sets for the APAC region.
• Act as an expert in customer relationship management (CRM) to engage and mentor sourcing team members. - Use creative sourcing methods, experience in X-ray searches, search engine optimization, social sourcing, and Boolean strings.
• Establish meaningful talent pools that meet business needs as outlined by regional/business-specific recruitment plans.
• Ensure data accuracy in maintaining records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)/CRM and uphold high data integrity.
• Represent the Sourcing team beyond the Recruitment team. - Proactively identify and drive opportunities for improvements.
• Provide valuable sourcing advice to key stakeholders to influence and persuade talent decisions and strategies.
• Collaborate with regional sourcing teams and share best practices with the larger sourcing team.

Who You Are:

• 3 to 4+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, or candidate generation within a rapidly growing engineering, construction, consulting, or technology organization, or with a large agency hiring tech talent.
• Review, pre-screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and knowledge related to position requirements.
• Prior experience in sourcing/recruiting for the APAC market is an added advantage. - Ability to use a data-driven approach to make hiring decisions.
• Ability to create talent maps, pools, and talent market reports.
• Proven track record of meeting targets, whether they are deadlines or hiring goals. - Self-starter with a strong work ethic and team-first mentality.
• Ability to source for various engineering roles across different business practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns across global geographies.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of using recruitment databases.
• Knowledge of Workday is preferred.
